Delivery to DB Schenker pick-up points in Finland 2€

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be new and unused, and all the original labels and tags must be attached. To change a product to a different size or colour, return the original item and make a new order in our webshop.

Common instructions for all returns:

  • Carefully pack all the items you wish to return – ideally in the original parcel.
  • Fill in the return form below and place it in the parcel. Including the form helps us to process your return faster.
  • Keep the proof-of-postage (receipt) safe when returning goods to us, until we have notified that we have received your return.

Once we have received and accepted your order, will refund the products within 14 days. We will reimburse the same payment method that was used when making the order, and you will receive an email confirmation on the refund.

In case you have received a give-away item as a part of a campaign and due to a return the campaign terms are no longer met, you must also return the give-away item in the same return parcel.

For orders that are not picked up from pick-up points and are thus returned to our warehouse undelivered, we charge a fixed fee of 25€ to cover the delivery and handling costs.

    RETURNING ITEMS OUTSIDE FINLAND

    When returning goods outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. If you return all items from your order, the initial shipping cost will be refunded according to the cheapest available delivery method, regardless whether a more expensive delivery method has been chosen upon purchase.

    RETURNING ITEMS WITHIN FINLAND

    If you return all items from your order, the initial shipping cost will be refunded according to the cheapest delivery method available, regardless whether a more expensive delivery method has been chosen upon purchase.

    If your initial order has been eligible for a free shipping and after a return the total value falls under the minimum value eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be reduced from the reimbursement. Only one return per order is free of charge. For extra returns we will charge the shipping cost.

    Please note that for orders that are not picked up from pick-up points and are thus returned to our warehouse undelivered, we charge a fixed fee of 15€.

    For orders within Finland, returning items is free when you follow the instructions below. Instructions for returns depend on your order’s original delivery method.

    Orders originally delivered to a Posti service point or by Posti home delivery:

    Use the original shipping number (starting with JJFI) to order a Helposti code for the return at Posti’s Return a parcel service. Write the Helposti code on your return parcel and take it to a Posti Parcel Locker or to a Posti service point.

    Orders originally delivered to a DB Schenker pick-up point:

    Take the parcel to a DB Schenker pick-up point. Make sure you have the original shipping label or the original shipping number when returning the package.

    Orders originally picked up from the Anno warehouse:

    Return the parcel to the Anno warehouse within the opening hours (weekdays between 8am to 5pm).
